History Book Update:

We need every family to pre-order this year's Family History book in order to keep the cost down. To order the new 2009 book, "From Past to Present," click on the order page link now and send your money in by May 10th, 2009. If you are not on line you can call us to place your order as well. Also remember the Reunion Registration Deadline is May 5, and the Hotel Registration Deadline is May 26, 2009.

Contest Winner:

Congratulations to Condeal Copeland who won the following contest and submitted her answers first (May 5, 2009). Condeal is entitled to one free registration (a $95.00 Value). All the answers to the contest questions were found in the family history book, "From Slavery to Freedom"  Condeal's answers to the contest are as following:

Valedictorium

Kamon Alford (son of Daphne and Bobby Alford) has just been named his school's Valedictorian. Valedictorian is an academic title typically conferred upon the highest ranked student among those being graduated from an educational institution, in this case at Kamon's high school. Kamon will be giving his Valedictorian speech at his graduation on May 23, 2009 and you can watch it online here begining May 24th. Congratulations Kamon! We have always known you are from a great family and now the world will know it too!
